Can you really come today?
If you book before 2pm, yes. Our techs run staggered routes across Greater Orlando specifically so same-day slots exist. Book after 2pm and you are first out the next morning, and the 24/7 emergency line never closes for no-cooling situations.
What will it cost? Be honest.
The diagnostic visit is $79, waived if you approve the repair. Every repair is priced flat-rate and in writing before we touch anything, so the number you approve is the number you pay. No hourly meters, no surprises at the door.
Repair or replace? How do I know?
Our rule of thumb: if the unit is under 10 years old and the repair is under a third of replacement cost, repair it. We will show you the math either way. Roughly half our visits end in a repair, which tells you we are not here to sell you a system you do not need.
Why is my electric bill suddenly so high?
Nine times out of ten it is a struggling AC: dirty coils, low refrigerant, or a unit past its prime working twice as hard for the same cool. A tune-up usually answers it. If the system is simply old, a modern high-efficiency unit typically cuts cooling costs 30 to 40 percent.
Do I need to be home for the visit?
For the diagnosis, yes, briefly, so we can walk you through what we found. For agreed repairs and installs, many clients head back to work while we finish. We send photos of the completed work and lock up behind us.
