What we collect, and what we don't.
Short version: the only information we have about you is what you typed into the form. We do not track you, we do not advertise to you, and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.

What the form collects
If you fill in the form on the homepage, we receive exactly the fields you completed: your name, your business name, your email address, your phone number if you gave one, what you do, the area you serve, your current website if you have one, which package you were thinking about, how soon you need it, and anything you wrote in the notes box.
That is all of it. There is no hidden field collecting anything else, apart from a note of which button or package card you clicked to reach the form, which exists so we know what you were looking at when you decided to write to us.
Where it goes
Submissions are processed by Netlify, the company that hosts this website, and are emailed to us at pedro@rrwebdesigns.com. They sit in that inbox and in the Netlify dashboard for this site. Nobody else has access to either.
We use what you sent to reply to you and to build your free mockup. That is the whole purpose. We will not add you to a mailing list, we will not send you a newsletter, and nothing you send is ever sold, rented or passed to any other business.
Two small technical things do happen, and it would be dishonest not to mention them. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the IP address of anyone who visits, the same as on most websites. And if you switch the site into Spanish, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. That preference never leaves your device and we never see it.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, we keep your details for as long as we are working on your website and for as long afterwards as we need to for records and taxes. If you do not become a client, we keep the email so there is a record of what was discussed, and we will delete it on request.
Asking us to delete it
Email pedro@rrwebdesigns.com and ask. We will delete what we hold and confirm it to you. You do not have to explain why and we will not try to talk you out of it.
This is a small business in Orlando. If you ever want to know what we hold about you, just ask and we will tell you plainly.
